Bjyus - service not uptodate and refund not issued

I enrolled in ssb interview and afcat course.
I was promised that I'll be getting an interview as discussed with the customer executive. I had my ssb on ** oct so as per the executive he booked me an course on ** oct and for the interview he told u have to mail the respective faculty... As per him they'll revert back to me. I mailed them on ** oct.
Till now no sign from the faculty. My money went into loss and what I've gain out of it. .. nothing...

Bjyus – Refund not process yet Closed
I had purchased a course from byju's and then cancelled my admission. The refund had not been Processed from long time. After making so many calls there is no response from their end.
