Bjyus - Bjyu requiest not entertained after multiple followup

I have tried to cancel my byju subscription BYJU'S order SHO*-SSO*-**************** multiple times by calling, mailing but it's not being entertained till now even after * week. Please cancel subscription refund my initial amount and cancel the loan.
