Bjyus - Byjus is not responding to the customer issues

I have taken byjus neet class in the month of December ****. They started live classes tlinthe month of Jan. Till March I was attending classes. April state board exam time table.has been released and I started to prepare for that. So I couldn't attend the class. **rd may exams got over and I formed byjus that we want live class as I am preparing for neet hereafter but no one has take our concern only back to back calls but to proper response and then I lost intrest in the field of medical itself so I am planning to study engineering. Now I would like to cancel the course but they are not responding to us. We are from poor family. We have to work really hard to pay this. Now we don't want to continue this course but still they want us to pay. Please consider my complaint and help me
