My email id plmohram@rediffmail.com, Mob **********. Order id ***************** dd *Nov**. They induced me to buy the plan. Spoke to Satish, Such a sweet words to lay foundation for day light robbery. Then Manager was allocated - Jincy. Paid ****.** Rs - collected and afterwards was expecting relaxed plan. How manytimes i ever call, escalation team, supervisor, Jincy, Satish, etc i can keep naming, no response. When i escalate, i will get ** recommendation with in * min. Afterwards, when you ask to call. No response. i gave multiple opportunities and then ended up doing on my own again by paying ***+GST on my another number ********** to do on my own. Simple - I want refund of amount paid and i have all whatsapp evidences if required, which i stored and took snapshot of it, if required, i can share
