Act Fibernet Bangalore - Service not rendered adequately

I had taken ACT internet connection on march **th, **** and since then I've faced nothing but issues.

I have been paying for ***mbps speed. But from day *, I have been receiving the speed of *-** mbps. Their engineer visited my place and upon checking, stated that there is an issue with the router.

Since then, I've raised numerous tickets on the app as well as I've reached out to you via Twitter. They open and close tickets as they please but never contact or resolve the issue.

After * months, I get a call stating the issue was not with the router but with a wire and it was now fixed.

Inspite of this, the speed never reached ***mbps. Max it reached is **mbps and that too, for a few days.

I've raised numerous tickets stating I want refund for the *st * months as no proper service was provided. I paid for ***mbps but I got just *-**mbps, so deduct whatever they should for **mbps and refund the remaining money. The refund was denied.

So many times I've written on Twitter but ythey dont seem to care about their own reputation.

Since one month, I have been asking for a supervisor call back. Every Tom, Dick and Harry calls, but their supervisor?
Doesn't their company have supervisors?

I paid for service, which didn't render. I want refund for all the days I didn't receive the speed of ***mbps. They have harassed me enough.

On August **st, internet is not working all day and this happened several times
Due to pandemic, everyone is working from home... now because of pathetic service, I couldnt work on that day.Who will compensate me for this?

If they cant render services, why do you make people sign up? They have provided me pathetic service for * months now.

Even their nodal officer and appellate authority is useless, they dont even bother to reply.

Please help me get my money back
