Blaupunkt TV - Service not received

We have purchased a Blaupunkt TV in December **** and it's still under warranty. However , after numerous calls their executive visited us and told that there is an issue with the part. Which will be replaced within a week. It's been * weeks now but still no resolution whatsover has been provided to us. I have sent multiple emails but none seems to have bothered them as they keep sending me that please wait for sometime. Can anyone please help us on this issue urgently.
