My name is Hitesh Kataria, and I am writing to formally complain about the inadequate service I have received concerning my QLED **-inch TV, which has been showing vertical lines.
After contacting the Blaupunkt service center, I was instructed to email you at consumercare@blaupunkttv.in. I then received a response directing me to pay Rs. *** for a service visit, as my TV is out of warranty. I made this payment on Saturday, February *, ****.
Since then, I have been waiting for a technician to visit my home, but no one has come. I attempted to reach the service center again using my registered phone number, but my calls were not answered. When I tried calling from another number, I was told that it was my first inquiry, despite having a complaint ID and having called previously.
I was assured that a service technician would arrive within ** hours, but this commitment has not been honored. As of now, my calls are repeatedly going unanswered, and I am left without service for my TV.
