My tv is not working so i raise a service request on **th september. They are delaying the service by saying that the replacement part is out of stock. Whenever i contact them they are saying that they will resolve the issue within * days but those * days never came.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
