**st complaint - **st March **** with complaint no. RNP************. On *nd April technician Jishan khan visited and refilled gas and charges Rs. **** with * months cooling warranty, which receipt no. is WGURFBD/*****. No cooling even after paying gas refilling charges so again filled complaint.
*nd complaint- **th April with complaint no. RNP************
*rd complaint - again reminded that no repair done with RNP************
**th april- again complaint with escalation no. VCP************
Last complaint request - RNP************ .

These are my details and complaint is we paid **** on *nd April **** for refilling gas in refrigerator but still no cooling and many milk packets and vegetables have gone bad due to this.. suffered huge losses because of this....it has been more than a month we have been leaving without a cooling refrigerator at a hot place like delhi. * months warranty i got from *nd April **** till * months on gas refilling in refrigerator due to less cooling..more than one month has already passed calling customer care everyday during my office hours which is a total harrassment. * months more left now for warranty so kindly emphasis on this now only otherwise they will say warranty over

Inspite of repeated complaints, my issue didn't get resolved even after paying the gas refilling amount and inspite of getting * months warranty.* engineers have visited but they didn't solve the issue . Refrigerator still not coolIng.
