Apple iphone x - Service not provided

Dear sir I have visited the ample service provider on *th july **** for display and speaker issur(touch not working) on *th july representative took my phone and said it may be software issue ill update and give u no need of job sheet and after **to** mins he came and said speaker is cleaned but have to prepare a jobsheet.
And the he prepare a job sheet with no FIC*******. While preparing a job sheet he mentioned holes in a botom speaker. I asked what is that . He said it was damged while cleaning the speaker . But we r not having a stock . Once it arives ill arrange for the mesh replacement . Come at ur convinience for that.
Later that evening the repair work was done by then and handed over to me.

Again the early next day the same display problem arised display was flickering . So I visited again on **th july **** one of the representative ( shashikumar ) recieved my phone and miss behaving with me. And then he prepared a job sheet saying the same thing that the display will be replaced. Once the work done you will get a message . Then come and collect the device.
On next day evening I got a message and qoutation of rs *****
I called them and asked abot that FIC******* but they are not responding. I called coustomer support even while they speak to the service center they said them the work will be started but they are telling me we did not recieved any responce from apple. Then I asked the the problm was by ur side why should I pay . They refuced. And then I asked them if the problem was by myside then why did I replaced my phone's screen on *th july ad the same was already mentioned. And even I asked them if it was by me then why did u mentioned the service type was under warrenty. I suffered a lot from them
I even told every time I visit
to them that I have to travel to banglore only for servicing my phone it almost costs me **** per visit and every time they remove my tempered glass .
I have visited * times to th same service provider

It almost costs me ***** for travel and tempered glasses
I did not had any problem with repair
But now I dont have faith in service providers
So im asking a latest I phone xs max or my same phone with my loses
