Apple iphone x - Product dead and no channel to raise a complaint

My apple iPhone X just got dead out of the blue and is unable to turn on this happened about ** days ago which I purchased on Dec'**. I visited two authorized service centers of apple *. Unicorn Kalyan & *. B*X Thane, wherein I got same response Since its warranty is void because a year is passed you will have to pay the replacement cost INR **,***, B*X Thane asked me to keep the device for checking for ** Hrs and I'll have to pay them anyway even if they are unable to detect the problem. Since iPhone X being such an costly device I want to raise a complaint to Apple about this case and upon contacting apple support (case ID. ************) and a lot of research I found out that there is no way you can complaint apple in India about their products which is a shame and a very serious issue for such an premium brand. I need a viable solution for this because it's a least expectation of customer to complaint about their product. I stand to lose all of my extremely important data not synced to icloud.
