Apple iphone x - Fake iPhone and refund denied by flipkart

I have been scammed by online eCommerce portal Flipkart, I have been wrongly cheated by scammed of RS *****.**, as there are scammers and robbers sit behind the hood in the name of online ecommerce and open fraud.

I have been given a fake iPhone X in the name and price of Apple, and Flipkart is not picking up my product for a refund.
There is a dedicated team for scam in Flipkart and a well-planned structure in which they situate thieves and robbers in their portal to scam customer to earn profits and when asked for concerned issues and refund they keep intact you a never-ending loop, in short, they will never return your money back.

this is open fraud, I want central and state government to kindly take actions against these scammers who are openly robbing under your very eyes.
this Flipkart site should be declared invalid and bogus.
I have been turned down like a wheel from the past ** days stating no money will be refunded for you.
