I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the non-receipt of service even after making the full payment.
On *th April, I made the payment of to your organization for the airtel fiber broadband service.
I was assured by your representative that the service would be provided within **hr. However, it has been *th days since the payment was made, and I am yet to receive the service.
However, my recent experience with your company has been extremely unsatisfactory.
I have tried contacting your customer service department multiple times, but to no avail. My calls have gone unanswered,I have sent have not been responded to. This lack of communication from your end has left me feeling extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with your organization. As customer, I expect to receive the service that I have paid for within the promised timeframe. I urge you to take immediate action and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I am hopeful that you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
I look forward to hearing from you soon and receiving a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Also you're representative abused and block from call when I tried calling him for connection
Or please refund my amount asap.
