I am a freelance developer. I recently shifted to Munirka area. The sales person of this company promised me the better service and I clearly told him that I can't afford too much downtime as I need to upload and download files in a time frame else I will lose my job as well as money. He said don't worry we are best in the area. He made me pay and select * months plan along with this he took *** for cable and **** for the router.
Now in less than ** days, I have registered more than ** no network related complaint. Several calls to customer care and the only response I get is this is last, no issues from the future.
I pray to them please I am losing my work refund me so that I can get a new connection even that is not done. And thanks to them, finally I have lost my client who was paying me. I want them to pay me my entire loss along with what I have paid till now.
