I’m writing this to complain about calls I get every day *-* times from your customer support team to renew my membership. I had taken a broadband connection in August **’ and the service was pathetic, after * months I relocated from my old address and your service was unavailable to my current location, due to your own limitations. When I asked for refund for unused service months your billing team rejected it saying it’s against the policy which was not mentioned anywhere when I took the connection. Your service is a total scam and now your team has the audacity to keep calling and badgering which to me feels like a harassment. I should only be concerned with my refund.
