Renewed my connection this year ****, and since then there is internet connectivity. For days there is no internet connection and it is disrupting my office work.
I mail multiple times about this issue on their consumer service email, but not getting any response.
I am asking for refund but no replies from their side.
Even call center is properly responding.
It is extremely frustrating since most of my work is dependent on stable internet and I want to raise issue against consumer court, pls somebody help me
