Several times I call Hathway customer service and choose option * for terminate account .even in call it's saying request number will get you. But still no request number I got .I'm frustrated with Hathway broadband internet service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
