I made a booking LSN***** on Jan * worth ₹**** and made payment online as well. I was denied check in at the hotel cause I’d made payment already on oyo app. The property manager said to come directly to him and book with him and not on oyo and pay in cash. I said for now I’ve already paid but he saw the price I’ve got for And denied saying he can’t give for so less. He asked me to connect oyo support and cancel it. I was in touch with oyo support for over * hours stranded at the hotel. They put call on hold for long hours and don’t respond. He even took my phone to help me saying he’ll get me refund and cancelled the booking. Even after explaining the issue multiple times to multiple oyo CS, they’re not even helping to shift me to another property or gave me refund saying it’s cancelled we can’t do anything. I’m already very pissed off with oyo, please get me my refund at the earliest.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
