I have purchased ola scooter online in January ****. Now on ** th August **** it got some problem and get brokedown i have complained ola through there ola electric app multiple times call customer service multiple times and doing emails too but until after more than one and half month on ** th October **** no service given by ola . I have bought it on Emi i am giving emi every month. My vehcile not running and i am giving emi . Ola is a fraud.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
