Magicbricks - Service not given as per purchased package

i've purchased package worth rupees **k from Magicbricks to expedite sell of my *bhk property in Thane . This package comes with digital marketing along with dedicated relationship manager(RM) to actively look for buyers . It has been more than a month but till date have not received any update from my RM. She is new appoint and does not know anything about how this site works . She simply says no one has shown any interest in the property hence no update . they are making me run pillar to post to fix this issue / refund my amount . Have written multiple emails to customer support / escalation team but all in vain . This is fraud company they make you pay full amount in advance and then just disappear .
