Hello, I am working from home currently, that is why thought of renewing my hathway connection.
I called one of hathway customer care person and he advised to make a payment of *** rupees to renew my account and said that you won't have to pay anything else and generated a service request by stating that an engineer will visit my place in ** hours.
It has been now more than * days and I am still waiting for engineer to visit my place, also the service was closed without anyone visiting my place.
My issue was not resolved and even after paying, now I want my issue resolved asap or refund.
