I would like to file a complaint against this company for non-delivery of services after taking payment.

Around ** days ago, I made a payment for GST registration and a virtual office service in Bhubaneswar. Before the payment, the company representatives were calling me repeatedly and responding quickly to all my queries.

However, after receiving the payment, they stopped responding completely. My calls and messages are being ignored and no service has been provided till now. There has been no proper update or communication from their side.

This behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns regarding their business practices. It appears that they were only interested in taking the payment and not delivering the promised services.

I request the concerned authority to take appropriate action and help me either receive the promised services immediately or get a full refund of my payment.

I am ready to provide payment proof, call records, and communication screenshots if required.
