REGISTER KARO - RegisterKaro failed to file mandatory Form 3 for the new LLP and is now demanding extra fees

"I paid RegisterKaro ₹*,*** for LLP registration. My entity (FERYCON TECHNOLOGIES LLP) was incorporated on **-March-****. They failed to file mandatory Form * by the **-April deadline. Now, I am being charged a ₹*** daily government fine. Instead of fixing their mistake, they are demanding ₹**,*** extra to 'waive' the fine and to file Form *. This has caused me significant financial stress and mental agony
Demanded Remedy:
Immediate completion of Form * filing at no extra cost to me.
Payment/reimbursement of the accumulated ₹***/day penalty caused by their delay.
If they failed to do so within ** hours, a full refund of ₹*,*** + per day *** (total amount of fine I'm getting daily since April *) so I can hire a competent professional to stop the daily fines and proceed with my Form * registration
