REGISTER KARO - Company Registration

I made payment for company registration and Startup India services. However, after discussion with my partner, we decided to register a Partnership Firm instead of an LLP. On the same day (**/**/****), I requested them to cancel the Startup India service and change the registration request from LLP to Partnership Firm.
After making this request, their representatives stopped responding to my calls, messages, and emails. Due to their unprofessional behavior and lack of communication, I decided to cancel the services completely and requested a full refund on the same day itself.
It has now been more than ** days, and despite multiple follow-ups through: Emails, phone calls. messages, support tickets.
I have not received any response or refund from their side.
I also sent an email to their grievance department on **/**/****, but even after that, there has been no response or resolution.
Their behavior has caused unnecessary mental stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. I request the concerned authority to kindly look into this matter and help me obtain:
Full refund of the amount paid
Appropriate action against the company for negligence and non-response
