I took excitel broadband service and they promised hassel free connection shifting. But when the actual time came, they did not do it. I informed them about my old and new location. They told me to carry router with me at they location and they will charge for shifting and do connection. I raised ticket on **th Feb ****, but first they responded late then eventually on *th March after about * days, they said the connection is not feasible in my area so they will not do connection and will not refund the pending amount also. They should have informed me on day of raising ticket only so I could have left the connection at old location only with my roommate, but no after giving all false promise they just said we can't do anything. There customer care is also so messed up. Noone answer properly, sometime they pick call and keep it aside instead of talking. They close the tickets also without resolution and mark them as resolved. I want my money back plus interest for mental harassment that they did.
