No broker com - Service not deliver

I have taken relax plan from no broker for take flat on rent and selected some property from their recommendation. As I have paid plan they have to provide me owner contact details but *-* properties they have provided me the contact details I tried to contact the owner but no body was responding than again I raised the issue they have provided me another no. for same owner which was also not responding. They scheduled the visit of *-* house I went to the house but nobody was there and no owner was there. Then I tried for *-* owner which contact no. I already have and these property were showing in no broker site also, they provided me wrong nos., I raised the issue with their customer care they told that it's your RM who will see the matter but RM is just saying owner is not responding, They are making fool to customer by fake property and giving fake no., if u call them and call will go but no body will respond, After *-* days they will property is rented out of owner not responding.
