Itzeazy.com - Service not completed

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had availed services for Transfer of Ownership (RC) of * vehicles of mine (* two wheeler KA**HY**** and * four wheeler KA**MQ****) through ITZEAZY.COM. As per their instructions, I had made the advance payment for the same on **-**-**** and I had been assured that the work for both the vehicles would be completed within ** days. Their executive Mr. Manjeet Thakur (Mobile No: ***** *****) had picked up the relevant documents from me.

After this, I have been following up for almost * months and everytime their reply is the same that work is still under process and is expected to be completed by so and so date. The prime accused people are:

*. Mr. Himanshu K - Founder and CEO at ITZEAZY.COM

The above mentioned people, especially Mr. Vinay Kumar have been continuously harassing me by giving false assurance. Most of the time, they neither reply to my mails nor phone calls. More so, they are unwilling to even return back my original documents like Original RC of both vehicles, application forms, etc.

I request you to kindly help a troubled consumer from such cheats and frauds like ITZEAZY.COM by initiating action.
