Itzeazy.com - No afterward update on the service taken after payment

Hi
I have applied for NoC of my bike through Itzeazy. I have also made the full payment and my NoC is even ready (as per the screenshot shared). Even though they don't update me any further neither despatch the documents. Upon calling them, everytime they say they will do it today but there is no result.
Please help me.
