Itzeazy.com - Itzeazy com absconding with 2 wheeler RC

Itzeazy.com took my two wheeler RC via courier to get me NOC from Bangalore Jayanagar RTO basis which I could apply for a new RC in the current state of my stay, i.e. Kolkata.

I sent the duly signed Form ** to itzeazy and they confirmed that my application has been submitted. They also sent me an address of Sharriff driving school where i was to send the RC. I also paid an advance of **** Rs with the balance **** to be paid after the job was completed.

Later both itzeazy and sharriff driving school told me my application is blocked because of signature mismatch. I was not provided any guidance or warning that such an issue might happen. At the same time they have also not provided me any proof of the issue in any official format from the RTO. It is only their word which I have to believe. Later they said i will need to pay additional **** rupees and send my aadhar copy with actual signature as in the RTO. They said they will provide me the sample signature but that has also not been provided. I followed up multiple times over emails and calls , also reached out to the founder over Linkedin, and even threatened legal action, later they started getting abusive when i sent a friend staying in bangalore to check with the Sharrif Driving school.

I also discovered on different social media platforms that the company has conned many in the same way and platforms like Facebook, Linkedin are filled with customer complaints but no response or resolution from the company.
