The Customer Id ********* with Videocon D*H is active since February, ****. After six months Subscription, I renewed the Subscription but now from **th of August, **** active subscription is not working. I have complained the company about ** to ** times but all in vain. Also I wrote emails to the company an tried to solve the issue as per its guidelines but that too in vain. Also I have made an email to das@trai.gov.in. Kindly look into the matter an take penal action against the company as it is masking the things and not solving the problem and harassing the consumers. They sent an engineer to solve the issue but that person was rude enough to talk with. Please take legal action against the company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
