NoBroker com - Service not as per commitment

I had taken a Super Relax Plan on *th Mar-** for getting flat on rent at Pune and at that time it was informed that I will receive the available property list on early *th Mar-** and also a RM will be assigned but till now after several reminders and discussion with RM, not received anything yet. Seems it is not taken seriously . I have also made complaint to it grievance cell mail id but yet not resolved anything.
If there is a commitment while making payment , it should be followed which does not seems.
Need to look into the same. It was an very urgent requirement.
