I have recharged a voucher of Rs *** on my account **********
on ** jan **** at **.** pm afternoon, but still its not been activated.
Each time I call customer service, they ask me to wait or they say they have escalated the issue or raised a complaint for which they are again asking ** hours.
when I was recharging, they told me within * hrs, it will be activated, but its now ** hrs and internet still not working.
Today is working day i.e ** jan ****, so please as a compensation of your service causing severe inconvenience, pay me Rs ****, which is my per day loss caused by tikona.
Last tikona representative I talked with was :
