I have shifted from my location and raised request with Tikona for relocation. They said yes that They will provide relocation. This is done on *th Sept ****.
As amount is suppose to be paid at the start of billing cycle in Tikona, I paid the amount Rs.*** for the month of Sept ****.
Till **nd sept ****, Tikona didn't provided relocation after multiple folow ups. Then they said they cannot provide me services at new location. As amount was for the month of Sept **** in which period they didn't provide me any services, So I asked for refund. They said we didn't asked you to shift so won't provide any refund. Thier customer executive disconnects call after hearing the complaint and without informing .
