It's been many days since I have been trying to get in touch with Tikona Customer care, either through the number provided or through tikona app. But no one has responded. My wifi is not working since many days . My User id is ********** . Complaint no. *-**********.
I have been calling tikona daily but after waiting for * minutes, call automatically gets disconnected saying Goodbye..
On the tikona app, the message pops up that we have taken your service request and will do the need ful shortly , which has not happened yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
