This is about extended service from jeeves.
My tv is not working from last month.
I have done complaint on **/**/** and on *th or *th engineer visited and told that mother board of tv is faculty and he is mentioning the same thing so part will be come within *-** dyas. But when almost ** days passed of my complaint I have tried to connect with jeeves continuously but till date my issue is not resolved. On *th july**, customer executive of jeeves committed to me that on *th july** engineer will be visit at your home with the faulty part. But today when I was tried to confirm with jeeves, the executive refused for the same by saying that there is no record of your discussion on **th july**.
Even the same they false update on consumer forum ticket that issue is resolved.
From * & half month is passed, they given me full of mentally harassment. In Pandenemic situation no one go outside even children's are not able to play so that they can spent his time that's the why children's wants to watch cartoon on TV.
But due to this issue my children are also suffering.
So I want to file case against jeeves and flipkart too because jeeves extended warranty sold by flipkart and flipkart also not helping me to come out from this issue.
