Dear Sir,
I have wrongly guided with ACT fibre team and charged Rs.****/- for providing The connection. I have made the payment on ** sep **** but as on today, there is no response and they themselves cancelled the order without my knowledge.
i didn't recieve the return money as on today.Mean while, there is no response at all from their team and not even caring the customer on what they committed for.
Hence request you to intervene in the matter sir.
