Act Fibre Net - Internet not working

My internet services aren't working from the past * days and the customer service is very very lousy. They don't bother no matter how many times I called everyday to fix the issue they said the same thing, "your request is being processed, someone is already working on it and will be fixed within **hours". I literally heard the same answers whenever I call the customer care. I'm so much frustrated right now. They closed service request without informing customer on the second day itself. When I called on the third day, they raised a new service request but they haven't done anything yet. Today is the *th day internet isn't working. I'm working from home and I've so many other priorities right now and the customer service is making me mad right now. The initial problem with their services is they setup the service box with another customers power supply and that customer has disconnected the power supply. How can they be so reckless at their services to connect a junction box to another customer's home power supply. This is ridiculous. I'm disappointed how internet services don't do their job right.
