Act Fibre Net - cheating and fraud in refunding

Respected Sir/Madam,
My name is Dany Dakkumadugula, I am a resident of Gollapudi, vijayawada rural, vijayawada. My contact number is **********. I have taken a internet connection on january *th **** from the network provider ACT fibernet to my shop "Digital Online Services" located in Guntupalli ,Ibrahimpatnam mandal. As they proposed me to take a * months tariffed plan which offer one month extra net usage,which cost me ****/-. I ran my shop till march **** and as the *st phase of lock down happened, I was supposed to close the shop and therefore was unable use the internet connection and after two successive months wainting for the lockdown to end. I requested the ACT fibernet people to shift the connection from my shop (in Guntupalli) to my house (in Gollapudi) which is a * km away. They agreed and kept me waited for a week and later informed me that it would not be possible to shift the connection to my house as there is no active connection points near my house. So I raised a request to cancel my connection and refund the money from the amount I previously paid for the * months. They took my request and disconnected my active internet connection on may *th ****, and mailed me the same information. From then after so many mails and requests through phone calls to their customer service no (**********) they replied me on **th may ****, stating that the refund will be done in * to ** days from the date of request. Later on **th may **** they mailed me that refund is done and the (Request Number :SR**************) issue is closed. Then immediately rushed to the nearest ATM center to check my balance where i found nothing is credited from the ACT fibernet or anyone related. For the query sake i took ministatement from ATM center of my account from the Central Bank of India(where account belongs), and mailed them. Since then there was no response from them , even though I mailed and complianed a ** times.
I felt terribly cheated and Humiliated by them. This is what they did to a trusted customer. I sincerely request you to please take severe action against such cheaters and fruad agencies who intensionally pull the customers in to this well of scams.
I am attaching the mails sent by themn and the account information related to my id no ************ belonging to ACT fibernet.
Hoping for the justice to a customer like me and the punishment to the fraud people like them for the future customers to be safe and for the fraud companies like these to be careful to the customers.
