DHFL - Service Issue
SUNDARESA GUPTHA filed complaint against DHFL on Dec 1, 2018
I have taken a housing loan from DHFL and I had lots of issues.
*. They have not given me the copies of "FEW" documents and I had to fight for atleast * months for that
*. Next for PMAY they took * months for processing
*. After PMAY credit of *,**,*** they changed my repayment structure because of which, my repayment changed to *,**,***** which was around ******* lakhs before. There was no approval taken from me for this.
*. Later for the loan BT I had to wait for atleast * month. This one year with them is full of troubles and tortures.
*. Now again after taking the documents back from them, they have not cancelled the MODT and they have asked me to do that
*. And for the representative who comes for signing asking money for that
*. They say that I am urging them and It takes time even after ** days of loan cancellation request and * days of Document collection
*. Still struggling with them for the MoDT cancellation.
*. Please someone help.
