In gujrat. I habe taken a loan * lac in dhfl their are give a **% rate of interest. But after loan they givean **.** % rate of interest.. They are fight with me that rate is fixed and if ypu cancel loan your all amount are nonrefund..
I am so poor i can not afford this rate
