I am seeking help for my home loan approved from DHFL.
I was overseas and my parents choose this financial company for my home loan because they promised to make it fast and easy, but we are stuck.
Its been * years now I am India and due to Covid all my income as gone extremely low.
But DHFL still charging me *.**% interest. Its been more than * years I am paying my all EMI without any fail, but by principal amounts is still almost the same.
Today I called them to low down the interest they said cannot less because of NHB guidelines.
Also, they keep on texting me some extra charges to pay it off. when I ask them they give me always wrong information and everyone tell different reason for that. Some tell me that my march EMI is bounce, but when I show them my statement they says " YES They have received it"
I am humbling requesting you to help me, I don't know where should I go, that's why I came to your door seeking help. I am a good customer and want to pay all my EMI honestly but this DHFL is affecting all our family peace. All my family is depended on me.
