I bought a bed from royaloak * months ago and the plank broke. It’s been ** days now and they are not giving me a solution even though it’s under warranty and I’m willing to pay. The only solution the gave me is that they’ll get a plank from local store and replace if I pay them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
