Excitel - Service is not provided

Installed a excited wifi and was promised to provide internet speed more than *** maps.. but hardly I got ** *r ** maps...sometime in fact less than that...and when I complain about it with excitement customer service they are providing any resolution..intact the guy who installed it has promised me to come and see but when I call him why did he come then he replied that I am other work so I can't come today...service is pathetic and customer and application chat section is worst of its order..
