Hathway Hyderabad - Service delivery is bad

I have made payment through online for hathway broadband Hyderabad.I have called the customer care people but they are postponing activation process.They don't have any responsibility. Its been * days. Every time they are saying within one hour we will be getting connection setup. They are not caring about Consumer court process, Telling like do whatever you want. We do not need refund but please take action on Hathway. Because so many people are getting this problem from hathway.
