DAHYABHAI M PRAJAPATI filed complaint against Red Bus on Jan 29, 2020
Sir i want to register a complaint regarding my bus travel(REDBUS.IN).I booked a ticket with redbus for **th Jan(Zadeshwar-Bharuch to Bhatiya) for Non AC for ** persons for which I was charged Rs ***/- . They have issued a ticket after bus departed from my boarding point On the date of journey when I reached the stop, I found that the bus has been already departed before issuance of ticket. I immediately called red bus customer support and they replied that cannot cancel or reschedule the ticket or journey said they are not responsible for the cancellation. Then we called the Bus operator but they were not contacted or not they have contacted to me aslo. Very much disappointed by redbus service. Detailed are as below
