Dish TV - Service deficiency done

My dish TV VC no:************. Since * days I have given a complaint on dated *th May ****. Without any proper acknowledge they have closed my complaint and again I have raised my complaint on **th May **** but still, no one addressed my issue and issue not resolved. I have been got a call from customer care. They kept my call on hold for **-** mins. After that disconnected without the proper information. They have been wasting my time. Totally I lose my money and time for this but still, I did not get my service back after * days also.
