Flipkart - Serial number mismatch

. I ordered a pair of Apple AirPods Pro *nd Generation (Order ID: [OD******************] ) on **th March,**** for ₹**,*** using my credit card through Flipkart minutes open box delivery. The delivery person did a open box delivery for this and found no manufacturing or physical defects .However, upon the product, I discovered that he serial number on the box and product inside the box doesn't match and even the case is not the original Apple product as advertised.
Despite my efforts to request a return, I have been informed that the item is ineligible for return due to Flipkart’s return policy. This has caused significant distress, as I expected to receive a genuine product based on Flipkart’s reputation and the faith and trust that I have on Flipkart over the years and the product description listed at the time of purchase.

I have already write a mail to grievance officer Mr shremanth M. And haven't received any response from him only the scripted email are being shared with me.


Given the situation, I kindly request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter. I am seeking either a full refund or a replacement with the original, authentic product. I have been using Flipkart for almost a decade and this is the first time something like this has happened with me and I am shocked to experience such thing.

I am a loyal regular customer of flipkart, Myntra and Cleartrip because of the trust and faith that we have build over the years but this thing has shattered me as I put my hard earned money to buy this product and it is a huge loss for me.
