Ajio - Sent Wrong product and now denying to help or pickup

I ordered a jeans and top but got both different from what I ordered.Jeans was completely different from another brand and top was from same brand from which I ordered top but top is different only brand is same.I created return but after *-* days my return is cancelled today. App is showing there is some technical error please create new return
And I got main message from ajio in which they have said thank you for changed your mind about returning the product.How disgusting and cheap behavior is this .
There customer service is so pathetic I have ever seen.
Both jeans and top coated me around ₹**** I want my money back any how and I will file a complaint on consumer forum and I will make sure to share everything on my instagram
And request everyone to delete this fraud app and share this with there close ones..and im gonna delete this app from all my family members phone
Don't waste your hard earened money on this fraud app if you got something wrong they will not gonna help you will lost your money.Shop with myntra and amazon likes app they are trustworthy
