Hi, I have placed an order thru Facebook marketplace and the seller name was niti das. She has shipped a cheap quality kurti worth hardly ***rs instead of the dresses I ordered. I have informed thm the same and they responded stating that they will replace the product with correct one within five days ans when I tried following up yesterday page was deleted and chat history was also deleted automatically...they didn't share their contact and they didn't mention it even on the parcel delivered..I tried all the possible ways but it's of no use
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
