Culture circle - Selling Fake Articles

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Culture Circle for engaging in misleading business practices and selling counterfeit watches through their platform.

I recently made a purchase from their website based on the product descriptions and representations provided. The information displayed on their platform led me to believe that the watch being sold was genuine and of a certain standard of quality. However, upon receiving the product, I discovered that the watch appears to be fake and does not match the claims made on their website.

This constitutes a clear case of misleading information and unfair trade practice, which has caused me financial loss as well as inconvenience. Despite attempting to resolve the issue directly with the company, I have not received a satisfactory response.

I request the National Consumer Helpline to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action against the company. I also seek assistance in obtaining a refund and ensuring that such practices are prevented in the future to protect other consumers.
